We’re going to share a moment here together— the three of us. You, me and your dream … Let's Chat
A few thoughts that only scrape the surface of living an extraordinary life.
Two doors and the choice is yours.
You CAN have any kind of life that you want if you only want it badly enough. Let that sink in for a moment.
Did it hit you yet? Right between the eyes? Re-read it…let it hit your bones. You CAN have any kind of life if you want it badly enough.
That said, what haven’t you been doing or living and why haven’t you been? See, too many of us have been beaten down so thoroughly by life, so many times that we will no longer really go for it.
We sit back, living a life that is just acceptable. I mean, if that kind of life was a heartbeat, it would barely be palpable, barely measurable. Meanwhile, underneath our skin, and in the corners of our brain and the background of our soul we want to freaking scream! Acceptable sucks.
There is a life that everyone wants to live, and while that life is different for every person, the sad fact is that MOST people are NOT living that particular life that they truly want. Tragically, the only thing stopping most people from having it, is themselves. Nothing else.
If they just stepped out of their doldrums, if they dared to wipe away the proverbial cobwebs from their ambition, put on their superhero costume and go for it with authority, they could create it. Right now!
We must get to the point where we look at the mediocre, the status quo, the average, and we say NO MORE! I will no longer settle for an uninspiring life. I just won’t do it!
Once we go there…once we allow ourselves to make the startling, eye-opening revelation that there is a life out there that our heart fantastically desires, the next step is to put your foot on the freaking gas pedal with full force and go for it every single day of our lives! WE MUST!
You have to break out of your slump, get out of the ditch, climb out of the hole and be willing to glimpse the victory of the life you really want to live. After you’ve seen it, proceed with power! Be unbridled. Be unstoppable. Be a force of nature!!
We must become self-actualized people! For when we do, we needn’t ever be concerned about falling into the trap of living a life that is unsatisfactory. Upon the arrival of living at this level of consciousness, we then become part of the solution to the entire world, and no longer part of the problem.
As a great leader once told me, “The Greatest Hell on Earth You Could Ever Know is Meeting the Man You Could Have Been!”
So, looking many years into the future, how do you wish your life to look? What would the “person you could have been” BE? What would the life of this man or woman look like? What would he or she do? What would they have contributed to the world? What kind of relationships would they have had? What kind of passion did they live with? Where did they go? What did they do? Who did they share it with?
We don’t have 500 years to get it all done! The clock is ticking. Ready, set, GO!
“Deep within man dwell those slumbering powers;
powers that would astonish him,
that he never even dreamed of possessing;
forces that would revolutionize his life if aroused and put into action.”
Orison Swett Marden
I love this quote because it brings to life thoughts that I have known to be true since I was a very young child growing up in a chaotic, troubled household. We all have dreams, every one of us.
Deep down, at the very depths of our beings, we have desires. Desires to be something special. Desires to affect people in a positive way and to do our part to change the world for the better. Desires to give and receive true love the way that we want it to be. Desires to go through life feeling like a powerful human being, desires to experience real health and happiness and the overwhelming desire to live a kick-ass life. We all want that.
Yes, we have at one point in our lives’ all had the ideal vision of living the quality of life that we desire and deserve. Unfortunately, too many people have allowed those dreams to wane due to the frustrations of daily life and have thus given up on them. Don’t do that!!! Don’t give up your dreams!!! Go for it every day of your life!
For far too many, the vision has disappeared, and with it, so has the will to shape our own destiny. Most people have lost that sense of certainty that it takes to find themselves in the winner’s circle. Yes, life can beat the living shit out of us. So what are we to do? Give up? Hell no. Put things on the backburner? Bad idea. The longer you allow your dreams to languish in self-imposed prison, the more bad decisions you will make.
So what do you do? Well, you realize the blessings that you have in your life, that you do have the abilities to go for it right here and right now and you start bulldozing your way toward the life you want. For me, I will be the Master of my destiny and not a Victim of my history.
Perhaps you will have to take baby steps at first. That is okay. We do still have a life to live and commitments to uphold. The point is that you get going, you start moving in the right direction. You allow yourself to be drawn to the powers and inspirations that uplift you and make you feel alive.
Warning: there will be people in your life that will not be able to handle your desire to be what you want to be. When you encounter a lack of support, you have decisions to make. For those of you who have been to my seminars, you know all too well, that the first people that are going to try and cut you off at your knees are your friends and family. Sad but true.
The ones that stick with you and give you support are truly Shepard’s of your soul. The ones that don’t support you are more concerned about themselves than you. Harsh? Maybe. But true. Sorry.
So today you have the chance to plant a new garden. Take the seeds that lie deep within you, the seeds of your dreams, your vision of your ideal life, your heart’s desires and plant them in the fertile ground of possibility. Water them everyday with the blood, sweat and tears of inspiration, joy, happiness, servitude and self-worth.
Live the life you love. Live with people who lift you up, and lift up others. Live with people who look at you in the eye the way you want to be looked at. Live with those who are proud to have you…all parts of you. Start to awaken those powers that lie slumbering within you and soon you will be doing your part to affect the world in a positive way…the way you always dreamed you would. Begin at once!
When you contemplate how things are going in your business, ask yourself this question: Who is it that is showing up to run the show? There are 2 possible answers.
- The Limited Self: This is the worst version of yourself. This is the person that is riddled with self-doubt, fear, negativity, limitation, limiting beliefs, lack, scarcity, non-commitment, low energy, lack of enthusiasm and brokenness.
Basically, this person is a wuss. Here is the worst part of it. We all have a version of this guy or gal residing somewhere within us. If we are not careful, this version will destroy our lives.
The difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is that the former have done enough self-study and personal development training to overcome this downtrodden, life-sucking version of themselves.
Unfortunately, due to the past, ie: yesterday, the day before, etc, the majority of people are letting The Limited version of themselves run their lives. Thus, they wallow in the daily grind, thinking about a better life, all the while feeling frustrated that it never comes to fruition.
Fortunately, person #2 is waiting in the wings to be let out of the cage.
- The Unlimited Person: This is the best version of yourself. This is the person that wakes every day ready to rock and roll. This is the person that knows, and has always known that a dream backed by an unrelenting will to achieve it is a reality with an imminent arrival. This is the person that lives from self-belief, faith, positivity, no limits, abundance, total commitment, high energy, infectious enthusiasm and wholeness. This is the FREAKING GLADIATOR!!
Basically, this person is unstoppable! Here is the best part of it. We all have a version of this guy or gal residing somewhere within us.
The difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is that the former have done enough self-study and personal development training to put this gladiator on display for the world to see on a daily basis.
Gladiators live in the present, ie: today, this moment, right now. They not only let, but insist on letting the UNLIMITED version of themselves run their lives. Thus, they bask in the beauty of each and every day, looking forward to overcoming challenges, reveling in the service that they provide to humanity, all the while feeling at peace that tomorrow will bring another day to serve and succeed.
So I ask you, who is showing up to run your practice, your business, and your life? Is it person #1, or person #2?
If it is the Limited Self, everything will seem difficult, you will always be frustrated and success will elude you.
If it is the UNLIMITED SELF, (THE GLADIATOR), then everything will seem doable, you will always be at peace, and success will be yours.
WHO IS SHOWING UP TO RUN YOUR PRACTICE?
I have been working harder and harder at perfecting my practice.
Read that again. Do you see the problem? The problem is that obviously nothing will ever be perfect but you should be shooting for it.
In order for you to do that, you must have super crisp office procedures. One thing I have really been doing in 2015 is to act as if I know nothing about running an office.
Now, understand, I have been teaching docs how to do this for years and I teach seminars that revolve around this, but I want to act like I know nothing. Why? Because I want to always try and reinvent myself and ask how can it be done better?
The answer to “how can it be done better?” is twofold:
- You HAVE GOT to raise your standards. This means that you must raise the bar on what you are willing to accept both from yourself, your staff and your patients.
If you have been attracting lousy patients into your office lately, ask yourself how you have been living your life. Are you unhealthy? Are you out of shape? Do you eat like shit? Are you a procrastinator? Are you behind on your bills?
Do you get the picture? The time is NOW!! YOU MUST raise your standards!
- Take out a sheet of paper or open your computer. Take 5 minutes and I mean literally only 5 minutes to write down every area of your life where you have terrible standards or no standards.
- Spend a minute visualizing how bad this lack of standards is messing up your practice and your life until it pisses you off. You pissed? Good.
- Now, decide what the new standard will be. Easy as pie. You just made a choice that when followed with action will change your life.
- You HAVE GOT to do more training. I’m not talking about just studying. I’m talking about actually training yourself and your staff.
What do you train on? Well, that’s too much for me to teach in one blog post, but here are the basics.
- Get in a regular routine of working out, supplementing, and eating right. Get your body in good health!!
- Train your staff on your office procedures so that you are ready willing and able to deliver the best care possible.
- Put a weekly time in your schedule book that you and your staff will train on running a great office.
- Plan on doing a full ½ day training with your staff every quarter.
- Train your headspace. Read books, listen to audios and go to seminars where you will get lit on fire to accomplish all of your goals.
If you want to lead a magnificent life, the basic simple things I have written in this blog are non-negotiable. NON-NEGOTIABLE! Get busy.
NOT HAPPY WITH WHERE YOU’RE AT?
“There is no challenge more challenging than the challenge to improve yourself.”
Michael Staley – Author
Do you have the gnawing feeling sometimes that the success you have been so actively working toward is just beyond your grasp? Like it keeps eluding you? You feel like you are a hamster on a wheel, going to seminars, doing all the right things and just not quite getting to where you want to be?
If so, there is probably one very big problem that you are facing and that is this: You don’t have a clearly defined picture of what success means to you. I have been there and done that.
Sometimes we can be working so hard that we lose sight of what it is that we are really even trying to achieve.
Or worse yet, we didn’t even really know what we were after when we started. We just knew that we wanted to be a high achiever, saw what some friends and colleagues were doing and decided, “I’m just going to do that.”
The problem with that approach is that what lights another person on fire may not even put a spark into another person’s heart and soul. Creating a true burning desire within your soul is really the secret to success. For with that burning desire immediately comes the ability to relentlessly pursue the path necessary for success.
“Everything you can imagine is real.”
So, here is what you need to do:
- Carve out some time (at least an hour) where you can sit down by yourself and put down on paper what you believe success means to you.
- Include all of the trappings of life, starting with where you would like to see your business.
- Important things would be what type of practice you want to have, what type of care you would like to provide, how often you would like to take vacations, what your ideal hours and schedule would be like and what kind of profit margin you would like to see.
- Don’t forget to include why you are doing all of this and what you see as a dream life for you and your family.
- What kind of legacy do you want to leave?
- Make a vision board that clearly defines this vision of success.
- Include pictures of the things you are really trying to accomplish, inspirational quotes or items and words and phrases that remind you of what your definition of success is.
- Look at your vision board and feel the outcomes as you see it. Do this at least 3 times per day.
- Write down your idea of success at the start of every single day. This may take some time but it will catapult you to success.
- Do this daily and don’t miss a day.
Remember, when we are feeling stuck or feel like we are not happy with where we are at, it is because we really don’t know what we are moving toward. It is a gut-wrenching feeling to be working hard and getting nowhere. Define what success means to you, take daily action toward making it a reality and watch your life change.
How many times can one reinvent themselves? I believe the answer is just about infinite if your desire to lead a kick-ass life is strong enough. All you have to do is find new avenues of personal development to explore and you can continue to make massive growth and change in your life.
So here we are sitting at the New Year. Hope has sprung for millions of people all over the world, with people wanting this year to experience a better life and greater rewards than last year. You have a clean slate, 360 degrees of possibility and unlimited potential to create the life of your dreams. For many, the excitement is palpable. I know it is for me.
The sad reality though, is that very few people will cross the finish line in December any different this year than they did last year. Why? Weak purpose, weak goals, weak vision and a weak plan to carry them all out.
The first part of the problem is that at the deepest levels, most people are not even inspired by their own goals. If your goals don’t light a raging freaking fire within you, they will not come to fruition! It’s as simple as that.
The second part of the problem is that even if people do have inspired goals, they attempt to achieve those goals while living the same habits they have been living for X amount of years. How can you seriously expect anything to change if you are still doing the same thing day in and day out that you have been doing for years. In the words of Dr. Phil, “how’s that been working for ya?”
This goes for people who have already been experiencing some level of success as well. If you just continue with the same habits, same plan, same day to day routine, you’re going to get the same results. The challenge though, is that if you are expecting to smash records and create massive growth this year, your same plan may not be good enough. What can you do different? How can you elevate yourself to an even better place?
For me, I’m tearing it all down. I’m viewing this year as if it is my last chance. I’m looking at this year as a proverbial ultimatum that has to be fulfilled or else I will lose everything. I’m changing all of my habits, revamping my study schedule and moving forward like a locomotive to crush my goals this year.
I’m swearing off laziness of any kind, decreasing my time in front of the T.V. (which is nothing more than an electronic income reducer), recommitting myself to more study, working harder, creating more detailed task lists, doing even more personal development than usual, going to more seminars and beating the living shit out of procrastination.
I’m going to be chunking my time more efficiently, working smarter and becoming more of a visionary. One concept that I have been thinking a lot about the last several weeks is that to really get to where you want to go, you must have hindsight in your foresight. You must be able to look ahead, and realize what the outcomes will be of actions you didn’t take, plans you didn’t make and records you didn’t break.
As I said in my last seminar, and at the conference in Orlando, one of the biggest illusions we put on ourselves is that we go through life like we have 500 years to get all of this stuff done. WE DON’T! If you want success, there is massive urgency. The time is now. Put up or shut up. Shit or get off the pot. Get up and get going!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s time to rock 2015 gang. Let’s do this freaking thing!
We all do it. We sit and contemplate. I know that I do it all the time. For me, success and everything that goes along with it is usually the topic of contemplation. I hope it is for you too.
The key is to be contemplating success and not lamenting failure. So why would I write a blog titled “This should piss you off?” Because the success you dream of has been right under your nose for a long, long time and it is entirely your lack of seizing it that has caused you to miss it.
“Wait Rob, that’s not fair!” “After all, I’ve been working really hard to be successful.” Yes, I know, but life’s not fair. And how hard have you really been working? Let’s put this into perspective.
- How much time have you spent in the past week mindlessly surfing the Internet? Think about it in terms of minutes per browsing session and then put those together and think of the hours. Ouch! Past month? Double Ouch!! Past year? Triple Ouch!!!
- How much time have you spent in the last week watching mindless television? Ouch! Past month? Double Ouch!! Past year? Triple Ouch!!!
- How much time have you wasted doing other things that you know are not important?
How do I know to ask these questions? Well, first of all, it’s not rocket science. But mostly, it’s because I have done them myself all too often and IT F%$#ING PISSES ME OFF!
I have big, huge, massive freaking goals for my life and while I have achieved a ton already, I have so much more to do and so much further to go. If I had utilized JUST HALF the hours that I’ve spent wasting time in front of the TV or on the Internet on studying and working toward my goals, I’d probably have achieved 75% more of them by now. Damn that pisses me off!
See, we almost always know what to do. The key is to actually do it. How many seminars have you been to? How many books have you read? How many audios have you listened to? How many notes have you taken? Why haven’t you acted upon them? Why haven’t you implemented?
It could be because the material you were exposed to just didn’t strike a chord with you or really inspire you. This happens. Some authors, coaches and speakers just don’t jive with some people.
It could also be because you’re lazy. Ouch! Tough to hear I know. Ask yourself if this is true for you.
It could be because there is so much information that you feel overwhelmed by it all. If this is true, what do you do? Well, you begin. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time of course. But just get started.
It could be because you have already attained a certain level of success and you have developed “fat cat” syndrome. You’re happy and comfortable where you’re at…or so you think.
It could be because you desire you to have a million dollar lifestyle and you are trying to achieve it with minimum-wage work ethic.
One of the above explains why you are where you are. Which one is it for you?
This whole topic reminds me of one of my favorite quotes.
“Those who are willing to spend a few years doing what most won’t, can spend the rest of their lives doing what most can’t.”
I kept this quote pasted in my bedroom over my desk the entire time I was in college. I see this quote thrown around quite a bit and posted as fancy pictures on the Internet all the time. But take some time to really think about what it is saying.
Example: Most people that strike out on an endeavor of success have every intention of achieving their dream life but most don’t. If those people were willing to put away their TV, limit the Internet and destroy their time wasters for a few years and replace them with hard work and study, they could then spend the rest of their lives living a dream life.
Another Example: Most people say that they want to live a healthy life or be in better shape, but most don’t. If those people were willing to dedicate their life to healthy eating, exercising and throwing away their bad health habits for a few years, they could then spend the rest of their life in good health. (providing of course that they maintain a healthy life)
So, what is it that you need to do? You already know the answer but are you willing to spend a few years doing what you haven’t been doing, so that you can spend the rest of your life doing what you want to do?
Are you willing to put in the work? Are you willing to design a plan that you have been putting off designing? Are you willing to create daily rituals that will help you get to where you’ve always wanted to be? Are you willing to put away your time wasters and replace them with success builders?
The fact is, you’ve known what to do all along and this should piss you off. How bad do you want it?
When you are on a mission to lead a happy, successful life, there are certain things you must do on a regular basis. Writing out your goals, setting timelines, keeping yourself healthy and constant learning come to mind. One thing that many of us don’t do on a regular basis though is to confront the brutal facts of what is not working.
In Jim Collin’s book Good to Great, he discusses this concept and stresses the importance of taking a good long look in the mirror. This is not an exercise in self-deprecation and certainly not advice to speak negatively about yourself. It is meant to shake off the cobwebs and really address the things that are holding you back.
As doctors and business people, I have a very simple strategy for you to implement this concept to help you begin to grow immediately. I know from many years of coaching doctors that even a true effort to discover your weak links can be frustrating. Sometimes they are just not that easy to see, especially if you are already experiencing some level of success.
Here is what you do:
1. Identify 5 areas of your practice that you are embarrassed about. Trust me, you have them. To put it in those terms can really shed some light on where your weaknesses are. Just go from room to room, and procedure to procedure in your practice and ask yourself what processes are in place and which ones are missing that are absolutely embarrassing.
I’ll give you an example. As someone who teaches seminars and coaches doctors, I am embarrassed about the fact that I don’t have more testimonial videos from patients on my website. See how easy that is? I just identified one area that will tremendously improve my practice.
If you just spend 15 minutes really examining all areas of your practice, you will come up with 5, if not a dozen more. Identify the top 5.
2. Choose one thing from each of those 5 areas that you can immediately do to improve them. Using my example, the first step for me would be to just take some of the testimonials that I already have recorded and then edit and upload them. As with most things in life, there is a reason I have dragged my feet on this. It is because I hate working with computers. If we are honest with ourselves, there is almost always a lousy excuse as to why we aren’t doing something that needs to be done.
What is one thing you can do to improve each of your five areas immediately?
3. Once you have done 1 thing for each of your five areas, choose something else you can do to improve that particular area of practice until it is no longer embarrassing. Running a highly successful practice is important. It is important to your patient’s health, it is important to your community and it is important to your staff. It should be extremely important to you. I mean, if you don’t want to be good at what you are doing then why are you doing it?
I gave the example of editing and uploading videos that I already have. The next step would be to take more videos. The next step would be categorizing them into different conditions. The next step would be to make them into DVD’s. The next step would be to implement them into a new patient process. The list goes on and on.
You must continue to work on each of your five embarrassing procedures until they are shining like a new penny. Once you have improved each one of these areas to an area to be proud of rather than to be embarrassed about, you will see your practice making quantum leaps.
It is pretty much the middle of September right now so there is something that I want you to get locked in your head right this second. You have just about 10 weeks left in this year from right now to build your practice.
Thanksgiving is only 10 weeks away and once that hits, it’s pretty much all she wrote for 2014. I AM NOT telling you that you can’t or won’t be profitable in December because I plan on having a great finish to this year and so should you. What I am saying is that the really productive marketing where you get your best ROI ends at Thanksgiving.
These next 10 weeks are prime time for building your practice. So where are you at with your marketing plan? What’s that? You don’t have one? I know you didn’t just say that. You have got to always be looking at your marketing calendar, not from a standpoint of today, but looking at it at least 8 weeks into the future. Which is to say that you should already know what you are doing just about up to the end of November.
If you don’t, you are already behind!!!! What are you waiting for? If you are like the majority of people in business and in our profession, you wait until the well has run dry and you haven’t had any business coming in and then you say to yourself, “shoot, I need to run an ad!” Too late!
Now you are in a tailspin and you just killed your headspace by letting your practice slow down. DON’T DO THAT!!!!
This is what you need to do:
- Look at your 12 month calendar and pick the dates that you will be advertising. At the very least, you should have something coming out every 2 weeks. (Sometimes when you get to the point where you are booked out at least a month you can advertise a little less, but not until then…comprendo?)
- Decide which conditions you will run and what type of ads they will be. (ie: will they be one step ads where the patient just comes right in for an exam or will they be workshop ads, or dinner workshops? Figure it out now.)
- Call your newspaper rep, Mudlick rep, internet ad rep, etc, TODAY and get the ball rolling. YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT!!!! The clock is ticking…TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK.
- Get your staff ready for the influx of new patients wanting to come in. Have your procedures ready. Make sure you have enough resources to handle the new patients. (ie: x-ray film, facepaper, gel for your NFB caps, rebuilders, etc.)
- Prepare your headspace daily for being ready to serve your community at the highest level. If you don’t know how to do that, start reading my other blogs, come to my seminars and start following Dr. Andy Barlow.
Seems simple right? Well, it is! And it blows my mind how many docs in our profession won’t set themselves up for success by doing this. You have 10 weeks left to finish this year strong. 10 weeks left to build the practice of your dreams in 2014. 10 weeks left to break your personal records.
Stop waiting. Get your final round of marketing for this year going today!!!!!!
What an opening statement huh? It’s not meant to cut you to your core or to make you feel bad about yourself; it’s meant to shake off the cobwebs. This quote actually comes from a beautiful writing by Marianne Williamson and it is something that I frequently discuss in my seminars.
See, here is my confession: I AM PLAYING WAY TOO SMALL!! Pheww. I said it. Feels good to let that out. I know a lot of people might be saying, “wait a minute, I thought you were doing great in practice…you’re supposed to be some kind of guru or consultant or something.”
Well, let me explain. I am doing great in practice. I am some kind of guru or consultant or something, whatever that means. But I hold myself to an intense high standard and so should you.
Let’s examine this a little deeper. There are so many things in my life that I want to accomplish that I haven’t made a reality yet. If there is anything in our lives that we want to accomplish and we haven’t yet done so, the only possible reason could be that we haven’t made it a high enough priority. That sucks but it’s true. If there is anything and I mean anything that you haven’t done yet it can only be because it hasn’t been made a high enough priority.
I can hear all the excuses now. “Doc, you just don’t understand, I’m so busy.” Or, “Rob, you’re so lucky, everything goes right for you.” Or, “I had this terrible thing happen to me that is holding me back.”
Palease!!!!! I remember a few years ago I was having a conversation with a good friend of mine named Dan. Dan is a very successful entrepreneur and is well acquainted with my life story; trials and tribulations included. We were on the phone and I had just found out that my office had a serious black mold problem. This was the third time in a few years that I had a bad experience with black mold, the first of which almost killed my entire family…seriously.
As I was telling Dan about this on the phone he started laughing hysterically. I interrupted him and asked what was so funny. He replied, “the funny thing is that when people see that you are a successful author, speaker, doctor and consultant, they are going to talk about how lucky you are and how everything just goes right for you.”
I agreed and we had a good laugh about it. It is true that most people look upon the successful and think how lucky they are. Little do they know that in reality, successful people are just playing HUGE.
So what areas of your life are you playing too small? Let’s make a list:
- In your business, are you doing what needs to be done?
- Training enough?
- Studying enough?
- Planning enough?
- Marketing enough?
- Working hard enough?
- In your relationships, what needs to be done?
- Paying attention to those involved with you?
- Are you giving of yourself?
- Are you examining your weaknesses?
- Are you loving enough?
- In your relationship with yourself what needs to be done?
- Reading enough?
- Working out?
- Eating healthy?
- Praying, meditating, visualizing?
- Goal setting?
So here is the challenge. A lot of people can read a post like this and get inspired to start playing at a higher level. They can resolve to make things better and genuinely want to change. People can have the best of intentions but have absolutely no idea where to begin or how to implement life changes.
This is the value of personal development. This is why I continue to learn from the best like Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Brian Tracy and Joe Dispenza. It’s why I read their books, go to their seminars and listen to their audio programs.
This, I assume is also why people come to my seminars, read my blogs, read my book and consult with me. It is critical that you have systems in place, that you know how to use your creativity and that you know how to create better habits.
The point of all this is that at times we all play way to small, including me. If you really want to live the life you desire, you MUST play at a higher level. You MUST examine where you are really at. Give yourself a good long look. Be honest, commit to those things you know you MUST and start living a bigger life. YOU CAN DO THIS!
